Our Policies
At this time, in-person hours of operation are by appointment only. If you call and leave a message, every attempt will be made to return your call within an hour. Email inquiries may take longer to reply to but will be same day response.
Shipping: Our preferred method of shipping is by USPS First Class or Priority Mail with free shipping for orders over $70 within the United States.
At this time, we are not set up for international shipments through the paypal system. If you are out of the United States and would like to place an order, send us an email listing what you want and we will send you an invoice that will include shipping charges.
Most shipments are made the following business day. On the rare occasion, it will be two business days. If there is a need to delay shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If you should have different shipment needs, please let us know so that we may accommodate you. Shipping charges will apply.
Payment: Online orders are handled through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with credit card through the PayPal system. In-person purchases may be paid by cash or check. Phone or mail orders will be handled on an individual basis but the preferred way is payment in advance to shipment. We used to ship and await payment, unfortunately, a few people ruin things for everyone else. We have been burned too many times by non-payments to allow that to be a general policy.
Returns: Items that are damaged or not as specified may be returned. Some products are not able to be returned however. Please contact us for a return authorization number and an explanation of why you wish to return an item.
Privacy: We never share your information with anyone else at any time! Your personal privacy is a high priority with us.
